- YWTC will refund any current year Membership Fee up to April 30th, less a $25. administration fee.
- Membership and Activity Fees (House League, Ladder etc) are non-refundable after May 1st.
- Refunds of Fees for scheduled lessons, and programs due to cancellation for medical reasons may be considered at the Executive Board's discretion provided that the request is received in writing at email@example.com a minimum of 48 hours prior to the start of the program(s) in question.
- All Board-approved refunds will be made only by cheque, as per our Bank's regulations.
- It is important to attend each lesson you have registered for as make-up classes are not available in the event that one is missed.
- In the event of rain, wet courts, or any other unsafe conditions, our website will provide notice of any cancelled lessons or other club programs.
